Chelsea Atlantic Equities was founded on a simple observation: the businesses that power their communities are too often the ones underserved by traditional financing. A profitable contractor, a growing distributor, a busy clinic — companies with real revenue and real momentum — were being handed off to call centers, buried in paperwork, or pushed into products that fought against their cash flow rather than working with it.
We set out to be the opposite kind of lender. From our base in the greater Philadelphia area, we built a firm that combines the underwriting discipline of an institution with the responsiveness of a partner who actually picks up the phone.
